Netflix has announced that it is producing a spinoff anime of Kakegurui , the anime will be based on the manga Kakegurui Twins and will premiere on the platform in August 2022 .
Studio MAPPA will produce the anime while voice actress Minami Tanaka will reprise the role of the character Mary Saotome .
Synopsis
A year before Yumeko Jabami graced the hallowed halls of Hyakkou Private Academy, Mary Saotome began her own career at the school for gambling addicts. Can the girl achieve her goal of going from rags to riches through wit and luck?
Kakegurui Twins is therefore a spinoff of the manga Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler . The spinoff launched in Square Enix 's Gangan Joker in September 2015.
