The story takes place in an old house located in rural Japan, a tranquil place, but haunted by evil spirits. Everything changes when a young man unexpectedly purifies the residence with his mysterious powers. From then on, mythological gods begin to appear in his life, each with their own story and intentions. This fusion between the supernatural and rural life creates a unique setting, where Japanese traditions, spirituality, and interpersonal bonds delicately intertwine. As the gods settle in the house, the protagonist learns about himself, the past of the place, and the meaning of coexisting with entities as powerful as they are peculiar.
Originally released in 2021 as a web novel on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō , the title was soon acquired by ASCII Media Works , which published the work under the Dengeki no Shin Bungei label. It subsequently received a manga adaptation illustrated by Akira Anzai Kadokawa's ComicWalker website
