Kamiina Botan has confirmed anime adaptation

This Wednesday (12) was inaugurated a website of the manga Kamiina Botan, Yoheru Sugata Wa Yuri in Hana (Botan Kamiina, Her Drunken Appearance is Like a Lily Flower). The site confirmed the adaptation of the work for anime.

For the announcement, the team released a teaser , promotional images production team illustration of Hey, the author of the manga. Check out the teaser:

The studio responsible for the anime is Soigne , a new company has not yet launched any work. See the adaptation production team

  • Director: Takashi Sakuma (director of light soil episodes);
  • Assistant Director: Shuntaro Tozawa (Fire Force Episode Director);
  • Character Designer: Kou Yoshinari (White Album);
  • Main animators: Yusuke Matsuo (Evangelion: 2.0 You Can [Not] Advance) and Miyachi (Eiga No Osomatsu-san);
  • Screenwriter: Yoko Yonaiyama (A Sign of AFFECTION);
  • Musical Composer: Kana Hashiguchi (Magic Maker).

Meet Kamiina Botan, Yoheru Sugata Wa Yuri in Hana

The publisher Akita Shoten , launched the manga through the Manga Cross in 2019, and the serialization continues to this day. The sixth compiled volume will be released in Japan on March 18, 2025.

The manga accompanies Botan Kamiina , a university student who lives in the city of Chichibu , in Saitama. She drinks for the first time after meeting Ibuki Tonami , the college's dormitory leader.

Ibuki loves to drink , but who has trouble drinking in public because of their constant hiccups . She quickly develops a friendship with Botan, becoming her drink partner .

As a newcomer to drink, Botan spends his time experiencing different types of alcohol and getting to know drink world better with his new friend.
