Hakusensha's Hana to Yume magazine announces in issue number 17 this year that the manga Kamisama Hajimemashita by Julietta Suzuki will have a second season in anime. In October 2012, the first season premiered and featured 13 episodes produced by TMS Entertainment.
In 2008 Suzuki began publishing his manga, currently having 18 volumes published.
Synopsis – Momozono Nanami's father, a man with a gambling addiction, disappears after accumulating an extremely large debt. Soon, she is kicked out of her home by her creditors. When she helps a shy boy who was being chased by a dog, he tells her he would give her his home. She believed his persuasive words, but when she went to the place… It was nothing more than a temple.
