As previously announced , a livestream took place this Thursday (August 1st) revealing more information and details about Kandagawa Jet Girls , Kadokawa's new project. Various information about the multimedia project was revealed, including a visual poster and trailer for the anime !
Premiering on Japanese TV in October, the series centers on a girl who competes in jet ski races.
The anime's official website revealed several details about the series' production and cast, including the direction by Hiraku Kaneko , the script by Go Zappa , the original character designs by Hanaharu Naruko, and adaptations of those designs by Tsutomu Miyazawa Nanashiki Yamamoto and Kouichi Mugitani also designed the series' vehicles. Animation is provided by TNK , production is by EGGFIRM , and music is provided by Lantis .
The opening theme song, " Bullet Mermaid ," will be performed by Sasahara and Kohara . They also promised more details about the PS4 game in September, which will feature Senran Kagura series producer Kenichirou Takaki .
