Using drawing principles and information provided by other comments, the otaku in question started with the character's height. Chizuru is 1.65 meters tall, according to the official Wiki, and her body was divided into proportional parts to obtain an approximate measurement of her head. From there, they used rulers to measure the distance from the back to the chest and from the chest to the tip of the bust.
As fans came together to share information and theories, preliminary estimates of Chizuru's bra size emerged.
