The Manga Time Kirara Max from Houbunsha announced in its June issue that the new anime series Kin-iro Mosaic will have a second season. The creator of the original story, Yuri Hara , thanked the fans for the possibility of this new season.
The first season of the anime premiered in Japan last summer.
Synopsis – First season! - It all begins when Shinobu Oomiya , a 15-year-old girl returning from a long stay in the United Kingdom, receives a letter from Alice , the daughter of the family that hosted Shinobu, saying she is on her way to Japan. The story follows Shinobu and her friends, both Japanese and British, as they attend the same school.
