Hello!!-Kin-iro-Mosaic

The official website for the second season of Kin-iro Mosaic , titled Hello!! Kin-iro Mosaic, has released its first promotional trailer. The video features the theme songs "Satsuki-iro Halcyon" sung by Rhodanthe, the latter of which was the ending theme for the first season.

The main staff from the first season are returning to their roles this second season. Motoki Tanaka (Tensho) is returning to direct the series at Studio Gokumi (Accel World, Psycho-Pass). Kazuyuki Ueda is designing the characters, and Yuniko Ayana is in charge of the series' scripts.

The story of the original manga begins with 15-year-old Oomiya Shinobu, a seemingly pure Japanese girl who spent time in Britain. Even after returning to Japan, she still misses her time abroad. One day, a letter arrives from Alice, the girl from the family that took Shinobu in Britain. The letter reads: "Shinobu, I'm going to Japan!" This Japanese-British comedy follows the lives of Shinobu, Alice, and other girls from Japan and Britain.

The first animated series premiered last summer. Crunchyroll streamed the anime in several regions once it aired in Japan, and Sentai Filmworks licensed it for North America and will release it on home video later this month.
