A new film titled Kin no Kuni Mizu no Kuni has been announced by studio MadHouse ( No Game No Life: Zero ). According to the information, the release arrives in 2023.
Therefore, the direction is by Kotono Watanabe at the MadHouse studio, story by Fumi Tsubota (Waccha PriMagi!) and animation by Mitsuyuki Masuhara (Kobato).
Synopsis:
The story takes place in a world where two kingdoms have long been at odds. To try to end the conflict, the princess and prince of each kingdom decide to pretend to be in love. However, as their relationship grows, true feelings begin to emerge, and what was once just a lie becomes reality.
