A new film titled Kin no Kuni Mizu no Kuni has been announced by studio MadHouse ( No Game No Life: Zero ). According to the information, the launch will arrive in 2023.
Therefore, the direction is by Kotono Watanabe at MadHouse studio, story by Fumi Tsubota (Waccha PriMagi!) and animation by Mitsuyuki Masuhara (Kobato).
Synopsis:
The story takes place in a world where two kingdoms have been on bad terms for a long time. To try to end the conflicts, the princess and prince of each kingdom decide to pretend to be in love. However, as they get closer to each other, true feelings begin to emerge and what was once just a lie becomes reality.
