On social media we learned about the anime adaptation of the manga Kinoko Inu , a mushroom dog mix. The premiere takes place in the October 2024 season in Japan.
Additional details about the series, such as the team, cast and exact release schedule, have not yet been revealed.
Kinoko Inu Synopsis:
We follow the life of Hotaru Yuuyami, a picture book author who struggles with the loss of his beloved canine companion, Hanako. But one day, a peculiar discovery changes everything: a mysterious mushroom-shaped creature appears in their garden, bringing with it new adventures and renewed hope.
Finally, author Kimama Aoboshi launched the manga for the first time between 2010 and 2022 in Tokuma Shoten's Monthly Comic Ryu manga magazine.
