Recently, the series received OVAs to complete the third season, titled Red Stream Explosion! and Beware of the Imitators!. Therefore, the 3rd season of the anime KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! premiered on April 10, 2024.
However, the original work, created by Natsume Akatsuki with illustrations by Kurone Mishima , was published between 2013 and 2020, totaling 17 light novel volumes. The anime, produced by studios Deen and Drive, already has three seasons totaling 31 episodes.
For those who don't know, KonoSuba tells the hilarious misadventures of Kazuma Satou, a young man who, after dying in an absurd way, ends up in a fantasy world. There, he finds himself forced to confront a Demon King, but with a rather unreliable "helper": the goddess Aqua, who, despite being beautiful, is completely useless. Together, they form an eccentric and clumsy group, turning each mission into a chaotic and engaging comedy.
