Koukaku no Pandora: Ghost is the new film from creator Masamune Shirow ( Ghost in the Shell ) and Koshi Rikudo (Excel Saga). This new film will begin screening for two weeks in three theaters in Japan, premiering on December 5th.

The animation is all done by the Gokumi studio, the direction is by Munenori Nawa (Kiss x Sis) and the character design is by Takuya Takahashi (Persona 3).

The film's story is based on science fiction, set in a future where the main character is a girl whose brain can be transferred to other organisms as needed. Surviving a terrorist incident on her way to a resort on an artificial island, she tries to solve the mystery behind this catastrophe.
