The new issue of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine announced the premiere date for the third season of the Kuroko no Basket anime. The information was also confirmed on the series' official website, through a promotional image . Fans of Tadatoshi Fujimaki's work just need to wait until March 2015 to watch the new episodes of the anime. As happened in the other seasons of the series.
Kuroko no Basket (黒子のバスケ, Kuroko no Basuke?), also known as Kuroko's Basketball, is a manga and anime series written and illustrated by Tadatoshi Fujimaki . The series tells the story of a Basketball club trying to reach the nationals. An anime adaptation was produced by Production IG with 25 episodes originally and shortly afterwards it was renewed for another season with another 25 episodes.
The story revolves around the Teiko high school basketball team that excelled by defeating all the competition. The members of this team became known as the “Generation of Miracles”. After finishing elementary school, these five stars enrolled in different schools. Each high school now had a strong basketball team. However, a fact that few knew was that there was another player from the “Generation of Miracles”, a sixth “ghost player”, Kuroko Tetsuya. This mysterious player is now a freshman at Seirin High, a new school, with its little-known basketball team.
