Kadokawa 's Newtype magazine, it was confirmed this Monday that the anime series of the second season of Kuroko no Basket will end with the 50th episode on March 29th.
The first Blu-ray/DVD volume of the second season arrived with two episodes in January, and the release on both Blu-ray and DVD continues with eight more volumes, each containing three episodes. This leaves one episode that will not air during broadcast television.
The second season premiered in October 2013, following with the character Kuroko being a member of the legendary high school basketball team, although no one knows, the top five players consider him the best basketball player. When he joins the team, everyone is surprised to discover that Kuroko is small, thin and weak... what is the secret that makes him so famous, and which of his abilities are capable of helping his team?
