Japanese animation studio Production I.G. announced during the Kurobas Cup 2015 the production of a new film based on the manga Kuroko no Basket by Tadatoshi Fujimaki .
According to attendees at the event, the film will be based on the manga " Extra Game ," depicting the events of the Winter Cup . Not much is known about this film yet, but we'll be bringing you more news as soon as possible.

Also known as Kuroko's Basketball , it is a manga and anime series written and illustrated by Tadatoshi Fujimaki . The series tells the story of a basketball club trying to reach nationals. An anime adaptation was produced by Production I.G. with an original 25-episode run and was shortly thereafter renewed for another 25-episode season. The third season began in January 2015 and has already concluded.
