The Japanese animation studio Production IG announced during the Kurobas Cup 2015 the production of a new film based on the manga Kuroko no Basket by Tadatoshi Fujimaki .
According to attendees at the event, the film will be centered on the manga ' Extra Game ', depicting the events of the Winter Cup . Not much is yet known about the film, but we will bring you more news as soon as possible.

Also known as Kuroko's Basketball , it is a manga and anime series written and illustrated by Tadatoshi Fujimaki . The series tells the story of a basketball club trying to reach the nationals. An anime adaptation was produced by Production IG with 25 episodes originally, and shortly after it was renewed for another season with 25 more episodes. The third season began in January 2015 and has already concluded.
