The anime Kyokou Suiri ou Invented Interface (In/Spectre) finally has its release date revealed. The adaptation of the manga by author Kyo Shirodaira and Chasiba Katase will arrive in the Winter 2020 season, in January. Official Website
The animation is by Brains Base , directed by Keiji Gotoh (Kiddy Grade).
The story is by Noboru Takagi (Durarara!!) with character designs by Takatoshi Honda (concept of RIN-NE).
The story follows a girl named Kotoko who was kidnapped by yokai. These spirits transformed her into a powerful intermediary between the spirit world and humans, but this power came at a price: an eye and a leg. Now, years later, she watches over dangerous yokai while developing feelings for a young man named Kuro, who is also special; an incident with a yokai gave him healing powers. He was surprised when Kotoko asked him to join her in dealing with rogue yokai, preserving the thin line between reality and the supernatural.

In/Spectre began its run in April 2015, based on a novel by Shirodaira (Spiral, The Record of a Fallen Vampire, Blast of Tempest). The manga ended on April 20th, but a sequel began its run on June 20th, 2018.
