The teaser for the 3rd season of Legend of the Galactic Heroes ( Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu ) has been revealed. According to the official Twitter account , the anime will arrive in Japanese theaters as a trilogy, starting on March 4th, April 1st, and May 13th, respectively.

Thus, the first season of The Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These Kaikō (The New Thesis: Star-Crossed) had 12 episodes and premiered in April 2018. The second season, Die Neue These Seiran (The New Thesis: Stellar War), arrived the following year.

Synopsis:
In the 35th century, a time when the galaxy is dominated by two warring powers, Legend of the Galactic Heroes tells the story of this war between the monarchical Galactic Empire and the democratic Free Planets Alliance. The story focuses both on the galactic war and the politics involved, as well as the lives of the various participants and how they are all interconnected.
Finally, the light novel was written by Yoshiki Tanaka between 1982 and 1987.
