According to the official website for the film Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary , a video has been released featuring a snippet of the film's official theme song.
The song is called “ Hero ,” written by Yoshiki , leader of the world-famous Japanese band X-Japan. The song will be performed by singer Katie Fitzgerald , from the melodic rock band Violet UK (which also features Yoshiki as a member and leader).
The film is scheduled to be released in Japanese theaters on June 21, 2014. The feature film will retell the first phase of the classic manga: The Sanctuary Saga. Rumors indicate that the Brazilian premiere may take place simultaneously with the Japanese release.
