Due to the new coronavirus pandemic ( Covid-19 ), many anime releases had their productions postponed or delayed, such as Nakitai Watashi wa neko wo kaburu , Chibi Miruko-chan and Major 2nd . But despite the postponements, some animes are already in full production ( or almost ).

Some animators revealed that their work is complete, but not necessarily the entire production on the following animes:
- BNA: Brand New Animal ( animation director Sushio reports it completed its episodes on February 2 )
- Tower of God ( animators report that they have completed their work )
A team member revealed that the following animes are almost complete:
- Kaguya-sama: Love is War Season 2 ( Animation producer Yasuhito Kikuchi reported “a little more work left” on April 16 )
