The official website for the live-action adaptation of Araburu Kisetsu no Otome-domo yo ( O Maidens in Your Savage Season ), based on the manga of the same name by Mari Okada and Nao Emoto, has revealed the cast, staff, and premiere date of September 8th.

Staff
Mai Sakai, Aya Igashi, and Keita Mizunami are directing the series, while Okada, the manga's author, is writing the script, as she did for the anime adaptation.
Okada has written and supervised scripts for several anime, such as Toradora!, Kiznaiver, Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, etc. In addition to being a screenwriter, she recently directed the film A Whisker Away .
Synopsis
The girls in a high school literature club play a game to get to know each other, answering the question: “What do you want to do before you die?” One of the girls says, “Sex.” Little do they know, but the whirlwind unleashed by that word will lead each of these girls, with different backgrounds and personalities, on their own awkward, funny, painful, and exciting paths toward adulthood.
Furthermore, Okada and Emoto launched the manga in Bessatsu Shonen in December 2016, and it ended in September 2019.
Finally, the manga inspired a 12-episode anime adaptation by studio Lay-duce , licensed by Sentai Filmworks , which premiered in September 2019. Above all, Araburu Kisetsu was the debut manga of screenwriter Okada. Emoto serialized the romance manga Forget Me Not, inspired by the Taiwanese novel Mazimen by Mag Hsu, between 2013 and 2016.
