The film, which will premiere on April 23 in Japanese cinemas, based on the manga of the same name by Kengo Hanazawa , won the Golden Raven award at the BIFFF, Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival .
Live-action also won the best special effects awards and the public prize at the 48th edition of Sitges Film Festival in Catalonia, Spain in October and the Public Prize at GantasPorto in Portugal
