According to information from the Jbox , the court revoked the Loading . According to the TRF-3 , the sale of the service by the Abril to Spring is illegal. This has been the understanding since last year, when a lawsuit filed by the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office was accepted.

As a public concession, it would require approval from the National Congress, along with sanction from the Federal Government. The companies involved were previously convicted of failing to pay collective moral damages—they were fined R$29 million—but the case was stalled due to a review request from Abril.

There is no further appeal to any court, not even the Supreme Federal Court (STF). The decision requires the channel to be taken offline immediately.

With the revocation, the sale is undone, and the concession returns to the Ministry of Communications. Jovem Pan is currently the media outlet most closely aligned with the government , but it will need to go through public bidding processes to obtain the channel.

Finally, the anime was shut down in June, resulting in the layoff of all employees. Check it out .
