NHK organization revealed that the 3rd season of the Log Horizon anime which was scheduled for October, will be postponed to January 2021 COVID-19 pandemic .
However, NHK also revealed the following promotional image below:
Synopsis: The story of Log Horizon begins when 30,000 Japanese gamers become trapped in the fantasy game world of Elder Tale. What was once a "world of swords and sorcery" is now the "real world." Shiroe, Naotsugu, and Akasuki band together to survive.
The new season shares the same name as the 12th volume of the light novel . Furthermore, the cast and crew will be the same as in previous seasons. The third season will consist of a total of 12 episodes.
