NHK organization revealed that the 3rd season of the Log Horizon anime which was scheduled for October, will be postponed to January 2021 due to the COVID-19 .
However, NHK also revealed the following promotional image below:
Synopsis: The story of Log Horizon begins when 30,000 Japanese players become trapped in the fantasy game world Elder Tale. What was once a “world of sword and sorcery” is now the “real world”. Shiroe, Naotsugu and Akasuki band together to survive.
The new season shares the same name as the 12th volume of the light novel . Additionally, the cast and crew will be the same as previous seasons. The third season will have a total of 12 episodes.
