A new project Lycoris Recoil anime was announced today (11). Without major details, new information should be revealed soon.

The first season took fans by surprise with its development. At the end of the series, there was great fan commotion for a second season to be announced. Therefore last year, Adachi commented on 2 important points for creating new stories for the original anime.
The first: It would be to create from the point of view of the protagonists with a different perspective.
The second: He commented that he would like to have written more stories set in the cafeteria. I had prepared several sweet menus like Takina's special that appeared in episode 8, but I couldn't draw much. Regrettable . With your enthusiastic support, I may finally have the chance to draw these stories.
The first season of the anime was directed by Shingo Adachi ( Sword Art Online ) at studio A-1 Pictures , scripts by Asaura , and character 'designer' by Imigimuru .
Synopsis:
The number of terrorist acts in Japan has never been lower, thanks to the efforts of a syndicate called Direct Attack (DA). Thus, the organization raises orphan girls as assassins to carry out murders under its “Lycoris” program. In fact, Takina Inoue is an exceptional Lycoris, with a strong sense of will and a propensity for perfection. Unfortunately, a hostage situation tests his patience, and his act of insubordination results in his transfer from the DA's office. He's not thrilled about losing the only place he belonged, but he reluctantly arrives at his new base: LycoReco, an undercover coffee shop... What will become of it now?!
Finally, the Lycoris Recoil debuted in Japan on July 2, 2022.
