Japanese distributor Melonbooks revealed in its monthly sales ranking that the Lycoris Recoil has become the best-selling title. Record & Recording, by author and illustrator Mushihara (虫ハラ), topped the list.

This new Lycoris Recoil doujin features Chisato Nishikigi and Takina Inoue from the original Lycoris Recoil anime by A-1 Pictures . As such, fans who read the doujin celebrated the work's success.

Synopsis Lycoris Recoil:
In short, the story follows the Lycoris group, a secret crime-fighting organization composed entirely of girls. Its agents are the carefree Chisato and the talented and mysterious Takina . Together, they work in a café, serving drinks and sweets, babysitting, shopping, and teaching Japanese.
Finally, the Lycoris Recoil anime premiered in July 2022, animated by A-1 Pictures.
