Rules for the AMV Contest ( Anime Music Videos ) for the superhero event MADCON.
The rules are subject to possible revision later by the
event organization.
1- Each editor can only participate with a maximum of three (3) AMVs.
2- You can use scenes from anime, games or 3D animation.
3- AMVs with pornographic content, massive violence or brutality, racial prejudice, profanity or any type of moral offense will be disqualified.
4- AMVs with scenes stolen from other existing AMVs will be disqualified.
5- AMVs who have already participated in other competitions in Brazil will be able to participate normally.
6- AMVs must be in MP4, AVI, or WMV format with a minimum of 320×240 lines of resolution, 23,976, 24 or 29 frames per second and without subtitles, minimum duration of 2:00 min and maximum of 6 min.
7 – AMVs will be judged at MADCON on:
-Video and Audio Quality
-Originality
-Synchrony
-Visual Effects
8 – Final date for submissions, 09/01/2013 at 23:59.
AMVs must be sent as follows:

9 – AMVs must be delivered with the following information
