The sequel film to the Made in Abyss anime , titled " Dawn of a Deep Soul," has received two new visual posters in addition to a trailer. The film is scheduled to premiere on January 17, 2020 in Japanese theaters.
web manga received an anime adaptation in 2017, in addition to two films summarizing its first season, which were released in 2019. All animated content for the series is directed by Masayuki Kojima and animated by Kinema Citrus ; however, the studio for the new film has not yet been announced. The film also announced the participation of Inori Minase, who will voice the character Prushka.
