Made in Abyss anime sequel film , titled " Dawn of a Deep Soul," has received two new visual posters and a trailer. The film is scheduled to premiere in Japanese theaters on January 17, 2020.
Akihito web manga received an anime adaptation in 2017, as well as two films summarizing its first season, which aired in 2019. All of the series' animated content is directed by Masayuki Kojima and features animation by Kinema Citrus , however, the studio for the new film has not yet been announced. The film also announced the participation of Inori Minase, who will voice the character Prushka.
