The Magi spin-off, Magi: Sinbad no Bouken , premiered today in Japan. A new episode will be released every Thursday on Netflix, which is used by 81 million people worldwide in over 190 countries. Magi will also be shown in other countries, but a release date has not yet been confirmed.

Netflix already has the other series in the franchise, Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic and Magi: The Kingdom of Magic .
Originally, the studio Lay-duce released the animated series as an OVA, totaling five chapters. The series is based on the manga created by Shinobu Ohtaka and Yoshifumi Ohtera.
