Magia Record - Madoka Magica Season 2 Coming This Summer

It's been revealed that season 2 of the anime Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story will arrive this summer. Additionally, a new promotional image for the anime has been released.

The animation is based on the game Magia Record (MagiReco) , set in the city of Kamihama, where magical girls fight witches. Iroha Tamaki joins these girls upon arriving in the city while searching for her sister, Ui.

The first season had 13 episodes and was directed by Gekidan Inu Curry . The character designs were by Junichirou Taniguchi , who worked on the original series. The production was by SHAFT and Magia Quartet .

Finally, MagiReco also has a manga , published since 2018 by Fujino Fuji in Manga Time Kirara Forward .
