The official website announced a new trailer for the anime Mahou Tsukai ni Narenakatta Onna no Ko no Hanashi (The Story of the Girl Who Couldn't Become a Wizard), however the premiere date was also revealed.

Therefore, Mahou Tsukai ni Narenakatta will premiere on October 4, 2024.

Synopsis:
Kurumi Mirai, a dreamy and somewhat naive girl who aspires to become a sorceress, and Yuzu Edel, a young woman from a renowned family that has produced great sorcerers for generations. But entering Lettran Magic Academy, the state's specialized sorcerer training course (also known as Class M), is an indispensable requirement to become a sorceress. Although, to everyone's surprise, they both fail the entrance exam… or do they?

Mahou Tsukai ni Narenakatta novel won the "Best Isekai/Fantasy" award at the Project Anima 2018 contest. Finally, this is the second work to be adapted into anime through the project, with Sakugan Labyrinth Marker winning in the "Best Science Fiction/Mecha" category in the same year.
