It was revealed this Friday (17) that the manga of volumes 9-11 of the light novel Mahouka Kouko no Rettousei: Raihosha-hen (The Irregular at Magic High School: Visitor Arc) by Tsutomu Satou will have the final chapter of the manga published in the July issue of Square Enix G Fantasy magazine, on June 18.
The fifth compiled book volume of the manga previously revealed last August that the sixth and seventh volumes of the manga will be the final volumes.
The manga adapts volumes 9-11 of Tsutomu Satou's original series, The Irregular at Magic High School. Majiko launched the manga in G Fantasy in December 2015. In August 2018, Panini put the manga on newsstands throughout Brazil.
Yen Press has licensed the original light novel series The Irregular at Magic High School and The Honor Student at Magic High School spinoff manga by Yu Mori.
The novel series inspired a 26-episode television anime adaptation that premiered in April 2014, directed by Manabu Ono at Madhouse.
Synopsis: In a world where magic isn't a product of legends and fairy tales, but rather a technology present in people's lives, countries around the world are advancing in the education of their "magicians." Siblings Miyuki and Tatsuya Shiba enter the First Affiliated High School of the Federal University of Magic, but during the entrance exams, they are divided into the first and second class, the Blooms and the Weeds, respectively. Living in two distinct realities within the same school, but still a family, the siblings face this environment where discrimination is a reality.
The novel series inspired a 26-episode television anime adaptation that premiered in April 2014, directed by Manabu Ono at Madhouse. Aniplex of America licensed the anime and released it on home video in 2015; Netflix still streams it. The novels also inspired the anime film *The Irregular at Magic High School: The Movie: The Girl Who Summons the Stars*, which premiered in Japan in June 2017.
