Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei (Tsutomu Satou) will get two sequels. According to the information, the first sequel of the light novel has been given the provisional title of Zoku ・ Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei Magian (The Irregular at Magic High School Magian), which will be released in fall 2020. The story follows Tatsuya and the others who graduated from high school.
The other installment, titled "Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei Cygnus no Otome-tachi " (New The Irregular at Magic High School Maidens of Cygnus), will also be released in Winter 2021, following the students who attend Tatsuya's high school after his graduation. The franchise's official website has begun publishing a prequel to this series, which focuses on students Arisa and Marika.
Finally, the series was completed in September with the 32nd volume, a 2nd season of the anime is about to be released, but it was postponed due to Covid-19.
