It has been confirmed that the second season of the anime Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei (The Irregular at Magic High School) will arrive in July this year.
The animation is by studio 8-Bit (Infinite Stratos) as well as the direction is by Risako Yoshida with character design by Kana Ishida .
The story of this new season follows the arc of the 9th to 11th volumes of the novel.
In total, Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei has more than 15 million copies.
Finally, the last adaptation was the film The irregular at magic high school The Movie: The Girl Who Summons the Stars which arrived in theaters in June 2017 in Japan.
