The second season of Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei: Raihousha-hen has received a new preview highlighting the theme songs and will premiere on October 4th.
The opening theme song “Howling” (in the video above) is by singer ASCA, while Miki Satou is making her major label debut with the ending theme song “Na mo Nai Hana.”
Synopsis
Shiba Miyuki's classmate, Kitayama Shuzuki, is going to study abroad. However, this is normally impossible for magicians, since allowing the genes of someone who can use magic outside their country's borders is the same as revealing national secrets. But it is allowed in the case of exchange programs. And so Angelina Kudou Shields arrived in Japan from the USNA to study at First High.
The anime delayed its original July premiere date to October due to the novel coronavirus ( COVID-19 ).
Staff
Risako Yoshida is directing the anime at 8-Bit . Original character designer Kana Ishida is credited as character designer, and Taku Iwasaki is returning to compose the soundtrack.
Cast
Returning cast members include Yuuichi Nakamura as Tatsuya Shiba, Saori Hayami as Miyuki Shiba, and Youko Hikasa as Angelina Kudou Shields.
Finally, the "visitor arc" will cover volumes 9-11 of Tsutomu Satou .
Satou published the novel Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website between 2008 and 2011.
