The trailer for the highly anticipated Mahoutsukai no Yoru ( Witch on the Holy Night ) film produced and animated by Ufotable (Demon Slayer, Fate/Zero) has been revealed.

Based on the visual novel Mahoutsukai no Yoru, the film tells the story of Aoko Aozaki who begins to learn sorcery from a young sorcerer, Alice Kuonji, the supposed witch of the mansion. Mysterious intruders have been disturbing the inner city of Misaki, prompting Alice and Aoko to investigate the events.
The novel Mahoutsukai no Yoru written in 1996 by Kinoko Nasu , was the first novel that established the currently known Nasuverse . In high school, he was inspired by the first episode of Neon Genesis Evangelion and thought about writing a novel.
Finally, the Type-Moon version of the game was released on April 12, 2012 for PCs and Windows.
