Majo Minarai wo Sagashite had its premiere announced for summer 2020. The film should start showing in early July 2020 in Japanese cinemas.
The film, produced by Toei Animation , is a sequel to the anime Ojamajo Doremi Dokkan!! , which aired in 2002, and also produced by Toei. The film features Yuu Kamatani and Junichi Sato as directors, in addition to Midori Kuriyama and Yoshihiko Umakoshi as responsible for the story and character designer, respectively.
