The official website for the anime Mamahaha no Tsurego ga Moto Kano Datta released a short commercial video for it this Friday.
The video in question therefore reveals that the anime will premiere on the AT-X and Tokyo MX from July 6th .

Therefore, the animation is from the studio Project No.9 and directed by Shinsuke Yanagi ( Toradora!, Toaru Kagaku no Railgun).

Synopsis:
After several arguments, Mizuto Irido and Yume Ayai decided to break up and move on with their lives.
