Police have arrested Shinichi Sato , 52, on suspicion of assaulting a schoolgirl by licking her shoes at a store in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan.
Therefore, the suspect was arrested for licking the left shoe of a high school student around 5:05 pm on January 30 at a shopping complex in Takasaki City.
According to police, Sato admitted to the charges, saying his motive was “ to satisfy his sexual desire . ”
The police report stated that the schoolgirl was looking at a product alone when Sato approached and licked the tip of her shoe on the floor.
Eventually, the victim received an emergency call from her father; the suspect, Sato, emerged after a search of security cameras and other sources.
