Cheerleading manga 'Anima Yell!' comes to an end

Tsukasa Unohara 's cheerleading manga Anima Yell! published its final chapter in the October issue of Manga Time Kirara Carat this Friday.

Anima Yell! by Hobunsha is a 4-panel ( 4-koma ) manga, published between February 2016 and August 2020, ending in its fifth volume.

Hobunsha will publish the fifth ( and final ) volume on September 25th.

Synopsis

Kohane Hatoya, a young woman who loves helping others, is fascinated by cheerleading after transferring from elementary school to middle school. After transferring from elementary school to middle school, she becomes fascinated with cheerleading and starts a club at her high school. Joining her in cheerleading are experienced cheerleader Hizume Arima and Kohane's childhood friend, Uki Sawatari.

Additionally, Anima Yell! inspired an anime adaptation by Doga Kobo that premiered in October 2018. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.

Anyway, Anima Yell! was directed by Masako Sato, with a script by Fumihiko Shimo and character design by Manamu Amasaki.

The opening theme is "Jump Up Yell!!," and the ending theme is "One for All." The anime had 12 episodes.
