MAPPA the studio responsible for animating Jujutsu Kaisen and other famous anime, recently revealed the monthly salary for a beginner animator. The amount is quite impressive, exceeding the average entry-level salary for jobs in Japan.

According to the list, MAPPA studio offers approximately 240,000 yen (R$ 8,220.33) as a monthly salary, including 37,985 yen corresponding to twenty hours of overtime and a base salary of 202,105 yen. Although considered one of the highest salaries in the Japanese animation industry, MAPPA's salary is surpassed only by Toei Animation and TMS Entertainment .

However, one source stated that this offer wasn't just for animation work; it was actually a job offer for various roles. The main requirement is the ability to use programs like Word and Excel. The offer covers many other tasks such as team management, material gathering, and assistance in pre-production projects. Additionally, the candidate should also provide support in preparing and aggregating budgets for each production, among other tasks.

Synopsis:

The story follows Yuji Itadori, a high school student who becomes involved with a secret society of sorcerers called Jujutsu Kaisen, who fight against curses, evil beings that haunt the world of the living.
