According to the list, MAPPA offers a monthly salary of approximately 240,000 yen (US$8,220.33), including 37,985 yen for twenty hours of overtime and a base salary of 202,105 yen. While considered one of the highest salaries in the Japanese animation industry, MAPPA's salary is second only to Toei Animation and TMS Entertainment .

However, one source noted that this offer wasn't just for animation work; it was actually a job offer for multiple roles. Therefore, the main requirement is the ability to use programs like Word and Excel. The offer covers many other tasks, such as team management, material collection, and assistance with pre-production projects. Additionally, the candidate must also support the preparation and aggregation of budgets for each production and other tasks.

Synopsis:
