Studio MAPPA , responsible for animating Jujutsu Kaisen and other famous animes, recently revealed how much their monthly salary is for a beginner animator. Its value is impressive as it exceeds the average entry rate for jobs in Japan.

According to the list, the MAPPA studio offers around 240,000 yen (R$8,220.33) as a monthly salary, including 37,985 yen corresponding to twenty overtime hours and a base salary of 202,105 yen. Although it is considered one of the highest salaries in the Japanese animation industry, MAPPA's value is second only to Toei Animation and TMS Entertainment .
However, a source mentioned that this offer would not just be for animation work, in fact it would be a job offer for several roles. So the main requirement is the ability to use programs such as Word and Excel. The offer covers many other tasks such as team management, collection of materials and assistance in pre-production of projects. In addition, the candidate must also provide support in preparing and aggregating budgets for each production and other tasks.
Synopsis:
