New anime Mars Red has new promotional image released.
The story takes place in 1923, and vampires have been around for a long time. But now, the number of vampires is increasing and a mysterious source of artificial blood called Ascra. The Japanese government, in turn, creates the so-called “Code Zero”, an army unit tasked with taking down vampire forces. And what better way to track vampires than using vampires?
The animation is by the studio SIGNAL MD (Recovery of an MMO Junkie), the direction is by Kouhei Hatano (Freezing Vibration).
Finally, it is adapted from the play Mars Red debuted in 2013, with more shows in 2015 and 2017. Karakara launched the manga in Mag Garden's Monthly Comic Garden magazine on January 4.
