Synopsis
MARS RED takes place in 1923, when vampires have been around for a long time. But now, the number of vampires is increasing and a mysterious source of artificial blood called Ascra has appeared. The Japanese government, in turn, creates “Code Zero”, an army unit tasked with taking down vampire forces. And what better way to track vampires than using vampires?
Created by Lieutenant General Nakajima, this unit historically operates in the field of information warfare, but was redesignated to resolve the vampire crisis. It's up to Code Zero and S-class vampire Deffrot to investigate this rise and put an end to it before society collapses.
