A new anime titled May I Ask For One Final Thing? (Saigo ni Hitotsu Dake Onegaishite mo Yoroshii Deshou ka) adapted from the light novel by Nana Ōtori and illustrated by Satsuki, was announced during the Aniplex Online Fest 2024 event.

Synopsis
