Medaka Kuroiwa: Teaser and image announces anime premiere date

The anime adaptation of Medaka Kuroiwa's Impervious to My Charms manga has gained a new image, as well as its new teaser.

The teaser features the character Asahi Shoan voiced by Sora Amamiya . The premiere of the Medaka Kuroiwa takes place in the January 2024 season.

Medaka Kuroiwa Synopsis:

Meet Mona, the school queen, whose beauty is as undeniable as her determination to keep her reign intact. But when Medaka Kuroiwa, a new student, challenges her position, she sees an opportunity to win a heart that is not under her control. With her charm and cunning, Mona sets out on a mission to win over Medaka, even if it means leaving her comfort zone. But as she struggles to gain his attention, she finds herself confronted with emotions she never imagined. How far is she willing to go to prove that her beauty isn't just skin deep and win the last unconquered heart in school?

The manga is finally written and illustrated by Ran Kuze. Furthermore, the series began serialization in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine in May 2021, with its chapters collected into 13 tankōbon volumes in February 2024.
