The second season of Medalist has just received some important news. The anime returns on January 24, 2026 NUMAnimation block , and the anime has confirmed 10 new characters , in addition to the opening theme song " Cold Night ," performed by HANA .
The new cast expands the competitive universe of the series; in addition, it highlights young skaters from different clubs who cross paths with the protagonist Inori . Among the names presented are Yagi Yunagi , Shingawa Rinna , Roba Aika , Ushikawa Yotsuba , and Kurumi , while characters like Okazaki Iruka and Riena reinforce the presence of more experienced athletes.
