The anime Megumi no Daigo: Kyuukoku no Orange 🔥 ( Firefighter! Daigo of Fire Company ) announced in December (2022) received its first promotional art. According to the official website, the premiere will take place in autumn this year.

Synopsis:
When everyone is running to escape a fire, some brave people rush to jump right into it. But firefighters put their own lives at risk to protect others and Daigo Asahina has always dreamed of becoming one.
The manga debuted in October 2020 in Monthly Shonen Magazine and was continued in Weekly Shonen Sunday between August 1995 and June 1999, with a total of 20 volumes.
Finally, the manga was adapted into a film by studio Sunrise , which premiered in July 1999 under the title Megumi no Daigo: Kajiba no Baka Yarou .
